How do I even begin to describe what Christina and the mindset of matter team have meant to me. Yes! At The Mindset of Matter, we take a "body respect" approach to weight loss and exercise. We teach you how to utilize healthy habits while also quieting food noise, reducing negative body messages, and stop punishing yourself through exercise. By fostering true internal confidence and prioritizing yourself, you can successfully work on losing weight while improving your relationship with your body.

How long will it take me to reach my goals?

The time it takes to reach your mindset and wellness goals will vary based on several factors. However, most people see significant results within their initial 4-month commitment. Many clients choose to continue with The Mindset of Matter beyond this period to solidify the foundation they've built. On average, our clients stay with us for about 9 months.
