At The Mindset of Matter, I take a mindset-first approach to health and wellnessโbecause lasting results start from the inside out.
I believe true transformation happens when you break free from self-defeating beliefs and build behaviors that align with a new way of thinking, feeling, and living. For many, this approach is a game-changer in their weight loss journey. And for thousands of women, itโs been the missing key to lasting success.

How do I even begin to describe what Christina and the mindset of matter team have meant to me. I grew up watching diet culture affect most everyone in my life, and started fad crash diets as early as 16.. when I was 33, I finally connected with Christina and my life is forever changed. I lost 30 pounds and kept it off for a year of no longer dieting when working with Christina. I then got pregnant and had a healthy pregnancy with her coaching & guidance, and I eased back into working out post baby with her mindset of mommies. Iโve done all this without any crash dieting, or feelings of hatred for my body, and with the mindset shift of wanting to be stronger and healthy for me and my family. The changes to my body when working with Christina are amazing, but the change to my mindset is more valuable to me than I can explain. Yes! At The Mindset of Matter, we take a "body respect" approach to weight loss and exercise. We teach you how to utilize healthy habits while also quieting food noise, reducing negative body messages, and stop punishing yourself through exercise. By fostering true internal confidence and prioritizing yourself, you can successfully work on losing weight while improving your relationship with your body.
The time it takes to reach your mindset and wellness goals will vary based on several factors. However, most people see significant results within their initial 4-month commitment. Many clients choose to continue with The Mindset of Matter beyond this period to solidify the foundation they've built. On average, our clients stay with us for about 9 months.
