Credentials & Background:

I hold a Master of Advanced Study in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University. I have also completed specialized education related to food and body image through The National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) and other nationally recognized organizations.

In addition to my graduate education, I hold certifications in fitness and nutrition, including:

Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach — National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)

Women’s Coaching Specialist — Girls Gone Strong (GGS)

Hormone Specialist Certification — Nutritional Coaching Institute (NCI)

My work integrates education from behavioral science, nutrition, and exercise physiology to support sustainable health and performance.

Coaching Approach:

Clients often describe my coaching style as direct, honest, and empowering.

Through my background in behavioral science and health coaching, I help clients look beyond surface-level habits and identify the patterns that influence their relationship with food, fitness, and consistency.

Together we focus on:

building self-trust

developing sustainable habits

improving consistency with nutrition and training

creating systems that support long-term health and performance

My coaching emphasizes practical strategies, accountability, and structured guidance to help clients move toward their goals with clarity and confidence.

Fitness Journey:

My personal journey with movement began early. I started dancing at the age of three and later competed as a dancer before joining the Arizona State University Dance Team.

Being active throughout my life taught me the value of caring for both physical health and overall well-being. Like many people, I also experienced challenges with body image and my relationship with food while navigating performance and appearance pressures.

Over time, I worked to rebuild a more balanced and sustainable approach to health, fitness, and self-respect. That experience now informs the work I do with clients who are seeking a healthier, more supportive relationship with their bodies and habits.

My Goal:

At Mindset of Matter, we support high-achieving individuals who want to rebuild their relationship with food, their body, and their health—without extremes.

Our signature 3-Phase Coaching Framework integrates:

nutrition

movement

mindset and habit development

The goal is to help clients create sustainable changes that support long-term energy, strength, and confidence.

Coaching Philosophy:

Coaching is about more than workouts and meal plans. It’s about building the habits, structure, and mindset that support lasting results.

My approach combines supportive coaching with clear accountability to help clients:

challenge unhelpful patterns

develop sustainable habits

build strength, confidence, and consistency

This process is designed to support meaningful changes in how you approach your health, your routines, and your goals.
