Christina Hathaway, MAS, CPT, CNC

Christina Hathaway is the founder of The Mindset of Matter, an exclusive concierge wellness coaching practice serving high-performing executives, founders, partners, and senior leaders who have optimized everything but themselves.

With over 15 years of experience in behavioral health, fitness, and nutrition, Christina specializes in supporting leaders managing the demands of travel, high-stakes performance, and constant decision-making. Her work addresses burnout, perfectionism, food and body challenges, and achievement-based self-worth through a fully integrated coaching model built around the client's life, schedule, and support team.

Every engagement is custom.

Christina builds nutrition protocols that work at home, in hotel rooms, on first-class flights, and in restaurants the client actually frequents. Workouts are designed around whatever gym, hotel, or in-room equipment is available that week. Pre-event protocols cover the 72 hours around board meetings, keynotes, negotiations, and major travel. Sleep, recovery, and stress strategies adjust to time zones, calendar density, and the client's actual life rather than a generic template.

The work extends beyond the client.

Christina coordinates directly with the chef, assistant, household manager, and personal trainer so the plan runs whether the client is in town or on the other side of the world. Quarterly in-person VIP Days, biomarker review with a partnered MD, wearable trend integration, and a vetted specialist network in the client's home city and top travel destinations round out the engagement.

Drawing from both professional and personal experience, including recovery from overtraining, restrictive dieting, and burnout, Christina understands the internal pressures of high performers. That perspective informed the development of The Mindset Method, her integrated approach built for efficiency, energy management, and long-term sustainability.
